AQ Pay

We build the rails. You build the business.

AQ Pay is a payment technology company. We build and operate white-label gateway and orchestration infrastructure, and we advise the PSPs, platforms and merchants who run on it. We are not an acquirer and we do not hold client funds — that separation is deliberate.

How we work

Five principles we'd rather be judged on than any tagline.

01Infrastructure, not intermediationWe don’t sit in the flow of funds. Your acquiring relationships and settlement stay yours; we provide the technology and the operational layer.
02Say what the platform does — nothing moreNo invented volumes, approval rates, certifications or partner logos. Capabilities are described as designed; attestations are published when they exist.
03Configuration over custom codeRouting, risk, fees and branding are configuration. If you need code, you need it once — at the API.
04Eligibility is a decision we respectAcquirers decide who they underwrite. We prepare, introduce and connect; we never promise approval.
05Operate what we buildThe team that designs the platform also runs it. Demos, onboarding and escalations go to engineers, not a script.
Payment consulting

Advice from people who operate the infrastructure.

Our consulting practice exists because most payment problems are architecture and operations problems, not vendor problems. Engagements are scoped and fixed-fee where possible, and they do not require you to license the platform.

Discuss an engagement

Typical output: Target architecture + migration path
Merchant processing strategy

Typical output: Processing strategy + underwriting pack
Payment operations
Reconciliation, exception handling, dispute workflows and reporting for finance and ops teams.
Typical output: Operating model + runbooks
Risk & dispute management

Plain facts

What we are, and what we are not.

We are
  • ✓A payment technology provider licensing gateway and orchestration software
  • ✓An operator of multi-tenant infrastructure for PSPs, platforms and merchants
  • ✓A consulting practice for payment architecture, operations and risk
  • ✓A connector between businesses and acquiring partners who serve their category
We are not
  • ×An acquirer, bank or money transmitter
  • ×A holder or mover of client funds (unless a service agreement explicitly says so)
  • ×An underwriter — approval decisions belong to acquiring partners
  • ×A guarantee of approval, volume or outcome for any business

Company registration, leadership, office locations and any certifications will be published here once confirmed. We would rather show an honest gap than an invented team page.
